Refund policy

At July, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

Email us at xo@hellotojuly.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged. We have a flat return rate of $7.99. To save on this fee, you can accept refund to gift card and we'll cover the return cost for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or gift card within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

Contact us at xo@hellotojuly.com within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll place a temporary hold on the replacement item while your original item is returned and inspected.
Once approved, your exchange will be shipped out at no additional cost (one-time exchange per item).

Please Note: Due to increased shipping costs, we do not offer free exchanges for orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska. If you reside in these states and wish to exchange an item, you may still do so by covering the cost of shipping both ways.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or ending in $.99 are not eligible for return or exchange. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at xo@hellotojuly.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will prioritize resolving this for you as quickly as possible.
